What follows condenses the rules of an account with us. The complete terms shown when you register are the ones that bind you, and they win wherever this digest differs.
Who may hold an account
You must be at least 18 and live somewhere online gambling is lawful for you. One person, one account, with details matching your identity documents.
Deposits
Cards and e-wallets take deposits from £10, and cryptocurrency from £20. Every payment method used has to be in the account holder's name.
Withdrawals
Standard accounts may withdraw at most £2,500 in a day, £5,000 in a week and £10,000 in any 30 days. Higher VIP tiers can raise these ceilings. Withdrawals below £100 are charged £5. Money still tied to an unfinished bonus stays in the account until the wagering is met.
Identity checks
Before paying out we may ask to see identification with a photo, a document proving your address and an image of the card or e-wallet in use. This normally comes at the first or second withdrawal, or on any request above £500, and the payout waits until it is complete.
Welcome package
Four deposit stages apply: 300% up to £1,200, then 100% up to £1,000 twice, then 200% up to £2,000, to a total of £5,200. Stages are credited automatically.
Bonus conditions
Bonus money must be wagered 30x within 15 days of being credited. No single round may exceed £10 while bonus funds are live. Winnings from free spins lose a 30% rake-back deduction and then carry 5x wagering. A breach of these conditions may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
Cashback
Each day's cashback is a share, between 5% and 20% by VIP tier, of the net amount lost the day before.
